EASYSTREAM RESELLERS AGREEMENT
Resellers discount only applies to new accounts only. Existing customers may not signup an existing account to receive a discount.
Notice - The following items are exempt from commission
A) Client’s use of excess bandwidth as stated in the Easystream Networks client contract.
B) Additional Publishing Points.
C) Custom Solutions
Easystream Networks will not pay commissions on any account deemed fraudulent.
Easystream Networks will legally peruse individuals who have financially gained from fraudulent transactions. Easystream Networks will investigate any suspicious accountsEasystream Networks reserves the right to cancel/close any account at any time for any reason
Commissions / Payment Schedule
Easystream will pay the resellers the following commission based on the final account price as agreed to by Easystream Networks and the client.
1st Month = 30% of the final plan price will be paid to the reseller on the first monthly charge
Additional Months = 15% of the final plan price will be paid to the reseller
Easystream Networks reserves the right to offer clients different pricing and/or options not listed on the Easystream Networks website.
Easystream Networks will pay out all commissions 8 weeks from original transaction date to avoid fraudulent transactions from the purchaser.
Payments to the Resellers will cease if:
1) The client closes the account
2) The clients account is past due
3) The account is closed by Easystream Networks for non payment
4) The transaction is deemed fraudulent
Payments will resume to the reseller if the client makes amends with Easystream Networks. Note - Easystream Networks reserves the right to close any account any anytime for any reason.
Easystream Networks will never share client information with the reseller with the exception of the clients account name.
Resellers with active/inactive Easystream streaming accounts
All reseller’s credits will be applied to your monthly invoice should you have an outstanding invoice. (note this is only for clients who also have an active or past due streaming account with Easystream Networks, Resellers who do not have an Easystream Networks are except from this prcedure
