Easystream's
billing policy
Easystream media hosting and broadcasting
accounts are billed monthly on a reoccurring
basis. Full refunds will be given up to
15 fifteen days after sign up. Additional
bandwidth used over the allotted amount
given to each account will not be refundable.
To close your account you must contact Easystream
Networks. Pricing and account features are
subject to change without notice.
Account Upgrade/Downgrade
Accounts that surpass
the amount of bandwidth allotted will automatically
be upgraded to the next On-Demand or Live
Broadcasting plan. To upgrade or downgrade
your account please Log-In to your control
panel. To close your account you must contact
Easystream Networks.
Downtime Refunds
Refunds for downtime will be distributed in four (4) hour blocks. You must request a refund for downtime. Refunds will not be automatic
